Peter was wonderful! He spent as much time as I needed to get comfortable on the Power Jumpers. I didn't like the fit the first time and he let me come back another day to try out another pair. It was so nice to learn with a real person instead of receiving the jumpers in the mail. That was especially great when I wanted to exchange them! I love my Power Jumper shoes combined with the Exerstrider Poles. I'm getting a great full body workout that is fun!

Yesterday I tried some Bounding Shoes and was able to jog with them within the first minute of putting them on. I also used Exerstrider walking poles which helped a great deal in getting comfortable with the boots and in maintaining my balance on uneven ground. Elliptical Stepper

A stepper does not move. This means getting up early in the morning to be able to use it at the gym or at home. This also means that you can't be outside enjoying nature! A stepper limited range of motion, meaning you are training your body to do repetitive movements.

Treadmill
